SHIPPING:

Ecofresh currently offers standard shipping through Courier for all orders. Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 CAD after discounts and before taxes.

Currently, we are unable to offer shipping outside of Canada.
If you have a concern with your shipping status of your order, contact us at info@ecofresh.com.

 

RETURNS:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Ecofresh order, please contact us through one of the methods below providing your order number and as much detail as possible so that we can best assist you. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products purchased through another retailer.
Returns of unopened products can be made for store credit up to 30 days post-purchase. Orders placed for clearance items are final sale.
